He shows how satan is not to blame. He writes the poem in such a way in order to make you love Satan. He is so good that you will alime.
Paradise Lost is about Adam and Eve, how they came to be created and how they came to lose their place in the Garden of Eden, also called Paradise. It’s the same story you find in the first pages of Genesis, expanded by Milton into a very long, detailed, narrative poem. It also includes the story of the origin of Satan. Originally, he was called Lucifer, an angel in heaven who led his followers in a war against God, and was ultimately sent with them to hell. Thirst for revenge led him to cause man’s downfall by turning into a serpent and tempting Eve to eat the forbidden fruit.
The poem starts describing an evening in which as usual every minute is more quiet and darker, all animals are asleep except for the wakeful nightingale with is singing. The writer ;describes the evening as similar to paradise and the day as the time to work. That way paradise is achieved if you work hard when you are alive.
- 4. An analogy is a literary device that helps to establish a relationship based on similarities between two concepts or ideas. By using an analogy we can convey a new idea by using the blueprint of an old one as a basis for understanding. With a mental linkage between the two, one can create understanding regarding the new concept in a simple and succinct manner.
Epiphany is an “Aha!” moment. As a literary device, epiphany (pronounced ih-pif–uh-nee) is the moment when a character is suddenly struck with a life-changing realization which changes the rest of the story.

El personaje principal es un Coronel que participó en la guerra civil 56 años atrás. El Coronel está casado con una mujer que sufre de ataques de asma frecuentes. Tenía un hijo llamado Agustín que había muerto. El coronel no parecía un papagayo. “Era un hombre árido, de huesos sólidos articulados a tuerca y tornillo. Por la vitalidad de sus ojos no parecía conservado en formol.”
B. Dar cuenta del contexto en el que transcurre el relato. Considerar dos cuestiones:

Ya no quedaba mas café y el no quería que su mujer sepa que el había dejado la ultima cucharada para ella y que el no había podido tomar nada, esto es muy probable que se deba a que deben ser humildes y un café es algo más importante para ellos que lo que es para cualquier otra persona.

Virtual period: Finish watching the movie “Marie Antoinette”, by Sofia Coppola and answer the following questions:
1) Marie Antoinette is sometimes referred to as “The Teenage Queen”. What attitudes in the movie can show that?
She is referred to as “The Teenage Queen” because of some immature and rebellious attitudes she has. She wants to stick out in any way possible.She does things her way and does not let anyone tell her what to do or how to do it. She also does things that are clearly unexpected for the future queen to do, a reason for her immature behavior and the modern way she deals with some staff is her yang ege.
2) After her first child is born she shows many changes in her attitude and lifestyle. How? Provide examples. Why do you think that happens?
After her first child was born she lets her selfish behaviour and gets a little bit more mature. She moves out to a house and she tries to create strong bonds with his kid the first year of the child’s life.
3) Some historians have often suggested that Marie Antoinette’s behaviour helped encourage agitation in the people at the beginning of the Revolution. Can you find any instances in the movie that confirm or deny this claim?
Yes,because of her behaviour Marie was mocked and made fun of on her reign one scene the mocking, in this scene of the movie she is in a room made for herself at Versailles where she “relaxes”, plays shepherdess,drinks wine and tries lots of beautiful dresses.
4) Towards the end of the movie, we see a more mature woman. How does she show she has somehow stopped being “The Teenage Queen”?
at the end Marie was really worried about her husband so she left herself a side to sacrifice for her country and husband although she had the possibility to escape with her children. This attitude is the definition of a mature woman a teen could not have the strength to stay in the Palace. As the movie develops the character grows and changes as a consequence of different experiences she had.

5.In the opening lines of the poem the author ,Wyatt writes about a war in which he currently is with himself, referred to as a consistent state of conflictive mind. He also explores the idea of love and how there are many ups and downs involved in a love relationship. His feelings are continuously conflicting regardless of his actions, and this could be exactly why he cannot escape his thoughts.No matter what he does, he will always be under the spell of deep love and will never be able to escape from it.
6.He’s trying to very subtly criticise us and our hypocritical nature, where although we wish for one thing in reality we don’t want that and again displays another conflicting idea and contradiction that many of us indeed possess. He says that regardless where he is, he will always and forever be in a constant state of unrest and forever will be unable to find any sort of peace.
7.Line 11 is interesting, Wyatt is perhaps indicating that the relationship is one dictated by the heart rather than the head; though the love feels right, the narrator cannot quiet his mind to the unsettling knowledge that his love is not a practical or logical choice. If he is prepared to put himself in danger for his love, he must not care enough about himself to prevent his own destruction. The narrator makes it clear that he understand that which gives him the most pleasure is that which causes him the most peril.
8.Because he touched upon happiness once he realises that this isn’t actually the case and there is sadness and discontentment hidden deep away inside of him. Alternatively, delight could be seen as love, and therefore ,because of this particular love for another human that has made him feel in constant disagreement or brought out a conflicting side of himself , has made him unable to function properly anymore without consistent disagreement about everything. Although love traditionally is meant to arise happiness in relationships and people, instead, he has become even discontent to the extreme that he now resents love because of it.

Today I had the best afternoon of my entire life The Storming of the Bastille took place ,I can’t believe I took part in such an important event. This will start a real change in France.
The medieval fortress, armory, and political prison in Paris known as the Bastille represented royal authority in the center of Paris. The prison contained just seven inmates at the time of our storming but that didn’t matter, the Bastille it self was a symbol of abuses by the monarchy; its fall is the flashpoint of the French Revolution.
I started thinking about taking part in the storming because of the injustice made during the reign of Louis XVI, France is facing a major economic crisis, partially initiated by the cost of intervening in the American Revolution, and exacerbated by a regressive system of taxation, with made social classes differ from each other even more that they already were. I am very proud of what we have achieved and prepared for this change. I hope all those brave souls that died today can Rest In Peace and full of proudness.
